What we provide
  • For multi-nationals, working alongside business leaders in support of CIO’s, CDO’s and IT Directors
    • In advisory capacity to facilitate / aid knowledge transfer and shape major investments in change
    • In oversight role to provide external objective assessment (e.g. highlighting and mitigating risks)
    • In interim capacity (usually part-time) to fill short term gaps
  • Typically for SME's, advising Chairs, CEO’s and board members on their strategy, operating model and investment programmes in a multitude of areas:-

How we work
  • Our approach provides a confidential relationship in which we will challenge & support you to think and behave differently
  • We operate on both a fixed term assignment basis (usually 1-3 months) and on an annual retained basis, tailored to the organisational context, imperatives and constraints (time, £)
  • Initial engagements are usually undertaken by one of our directors, with supplemental associate resource leveraged from our network where agreed to add value
  • In cases where our clients complement our advisory services with mentoring & coaching , real synergies enable greater value delivery
