How we work
  • Our approach provides a confidential relationship in which we will challenge & support you to think and behave differently
  • We operate on both a fixed term assignment basis (usually 6-9 months) and on an annual retained basis, tailored to both an individual’s needs and the organisational context & imperatives.
  • Our most popular “starter” programme consists of 12 face to face sessions over a 6 month period, including ad-hoc support by phone / email for pressing problems and opportunities.
