Mary Schneider is Chief Learning Officer for CxO Value Partners, a management consulting firm that specializes in using a Value Forward™ Sales and Marketing approach to help companies grow corporate revenues.  Mary is recognized for her expertise in leadership effectiveness initiatives, leading cultural change and helping individuals and companies improve their performance.  She has over 30 years of diverse experience working across organizational and geographic boundaries.   

Whether coaching CEOs and management teams to increase team performance, or analyzing growth-directed firms to help them integrate Sales, Marketing and Strategy into a single revenue-capture program, Mary uses a best practices approach and tell-it-like-it-is style to help clients turn strategies into action steps.

Mary Schneider holds an MBA and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. degree in Business Management.  She is certified in Lominger’s Suite of Competency-based Tools, is one of GE’s Management Development Institute (Crotonville) certified instructors, is Lean Six Sigma trained, is Green Belt Certified, and has designed and presented training seminars and workshops to global audiences.
